The Results Are In

You've been voting and I've been watching eagerly.

It's been a close race between two favourites for the most part.  The Stripy Mitts and the Grannie Patches Border shot into the lead and stayed in front from the beginning, each vying for first place.

It was neck and neck at one point, it could have gone either way for a while.  Then towards the end one pulled ahead and won with a reasonably comfortable margin... but which one?

...Pause for dramatic effect...

It was the Stripy Mitts!

Thank you so much to all those who voted.  There was a fabulous response and I'm so glad you took the time to let me know what your favourite.  Although, I think some of you had a hard time settling on just one.

I hope you'll be as happy as I am with the winner.  I've started on it already and I have enough photos to work up a tutorial as well as a pattern, so hopefully it won't be too long I'll be ready to share all.

And fear not, if your favourite didn't win.  I've been busy behind the scenes here and some of those other ideas are already in progress too...  (Particularly the Mobile Phone Case which, although it didn't fair especially well in the poll, I know some of you are keenly and patiently waiting for.  I haven't forgotten you, I promise.)

Here are the poll results in case you're interested in how it all ended up and don't be disheartened, all these are on my To Do List and will have their moment to shine sooner or later.

Stripy Mitts - 105 (32%)
Grannie Patches Border - 96 (29%)
Crochet Basket - 59 (17%)
Mobile Phone Case - 37 (11%)
Needle Case - 31 (9%)
