A postcard from France
...everything with such gusto and enjoy her new found bravery.
We, more sedate, adults did our best to keep up with it all and actually it was a delightful mixture of fun, childish playing and good old relaxation. Quite the most restful and restorative holiday I've had in a long time in fact. Little Miss just being a bit older now and able to stay up later without dire consequences, took to our more chilled and leisurely continental schedule very well and as a result everything was very easy going and pleasurable.
Well, I shan't tire you with details or bombard you with endless holiday snaps, but I do want to give you a little feel for our French week away, so I'll leave you with a quick selection to skim through. I'll browse through with you, while I try and pretend I'm still there and not back home, where all the things to do are.

Looks lovely - especially as I'm reading your blog as the wind and rain batter my garden outside this morning! Have a good week. x
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the best kind of holiday ... sun, sea, and lots of down time :)
ReplyDeleteSandra, great photos and I adore the little "post card". I would love to know where you stayed! My husband and I would like to plan a trip to France and it is always helpful to get feedback from people who have been. Where to stay, eat, things to see and the like. I'd love to hear from your readers as well.
ReplyDeleteThank you,
Sheila
